COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for
Vino & Stogies
WHEREAS, Vino & Stogies' Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2008;
and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Vino & Stogies' Intoxicating Liquor
License pending full payment of their utility bill, and satisfactory background check and
satisfactory fire inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Vino & Stogies for the period
of July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 pending full payment of their utility bill, a satisfactory
background check from the Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension, and a
satisfactory fire inspection report from the Mounds View Fire Marshall.
Adopted this 9th day of June, 2008.
