STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for
Moe's
WHEREAS, Moe's intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2008; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Moe's Intoxicating Liquor License
pending full payment of their utility bill, satisfactory background check and fire
inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Moe's for the period of July
1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 pending full payment of their utility bill, a satisfactory
background check from the Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension, and a
satisfactory fire inspection report from the Mounds View Fire Marshall.
Adopted this 9th day of June, 2008.
