CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving an Off-Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for
SuperAmerica located at 2640 County Road I
and
WHEREAS, SuperAmerica's 3.2 Malt Liquor License expires on June 30, 2008;
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of SuperAmerica's Off Sale 3.2 Mait
Liquor License pending a satisfactory background check and fire inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
does hereby approve an Off Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for SuperAmerica for the
period of July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 pending a satisfactory background check from
the Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension, and a satisfactory fire inspection
report from the Mounds View Fire Marshall.
Adopted this 9th day of June, 2008.
