AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FIVE YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN
FOR 2009 thru 2013
WHEREAS, the City Charter, Section 7.05 subdivision 1, calls for the City
Council to have prepared a five year financial plan commencing with the ensuing
calendar year shall be prepared annually and adopted by ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council and staff have reviewed the plan and held a public
hearing to take comment during 2008.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS:
The Five Year Financial Plan for the period 2009 thru 2013, as attached to this
ordinance, is hereby adopted.
Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 27'h day of May, 2008.
Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 23rd day of
June, 2008.

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FIVE YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN
FOR 2009 thru 2013
On June 23, 2008, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance which adopts a
five year financial plan for the years 2009 thru 2013.
A copy of Ordinance 806 and the attachment is on file and available for public viewing at
the office of the Clerk-Administrator. The ordinance is also posted in its entirety on the
City's website, located www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us.
