The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 600, with a new Chapter 610 to the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the underlined material as follows: CHAPTER 610 ULTIMATE FIGHTING SECTION: 610.01: Findinas of Fact 610.02: Definitions 610.03: Prohibited Conduct 610.04: Unlawful Act 610.05: Riaht of Injunction 610.06: Violations; Penalty 610.01: FINDINGS OF FACT• The Citv Council finds that the practice of Ultimate Fiahtina is danaerous and puts the public health. safety and welfare at areat risk. 610.02: DEFINITIONS• As used in this Chapter the followina words and terms shall have the meanin s ascribed to them in this 'ection: Subd. 1.
