1. The City Council ado tep d Ordinance 325 on November 8, 1982, rezoning
unplatted land from R-1 to R-2. This land is currently 8484 and 8486 Long Lake
Road.
2. The City Council approved a Minor Subdivision of this land into two lots for a
zero -lot line townhome, which was constructed in 1984.
During a mapping update, the City unintentionally designated 8484 and 8486
Long Lake Road as zoned R-1 instead of R-2, and 8482 Long Lake Road as R-2
instead of R-1.
4. This Rezoning of the three properties, hereby corrects the Zoning Map as
intended by Ordinance 325.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission directs
Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council before approval of the minutes.
