RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR
KARLA FREECHECK, POLICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
WHEREAS, Karla Freecheck has resigned as Police Administrative Assistant for
the City of Mounds View, her last day of employment is June 21, 2019; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual, Ms.
Freecheck is eligible for a cash payout of her vacation hours; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual, Ms.
Freecheck is eligible for a cash payout of her comp time; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Freecheck had less than two years of service and is not eligible
for sick time payout; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Freecheck's balance of accrued and unused vacation is 35.66
hours; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Freecheck's balance of accrued and unused comp time is 1.50
hours; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Freecheck's rate of pay upon resignation was $22.95 per hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves severance to Karla Freecheck consistent with the Mounds View Personnel
Manual as follows:
