CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF THREE COPY MACHINES AND
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City received proposals from five vendors for the purchase of
three new copy machines for use by the Administration, Community Development,
Finance, and Police Departments; and
WHEREAS, Loffler Companies submitted the lowest overall cost proposal
which includes the cost of the machines and a five year maintenance agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View that staff is authorized to purchase three replacement copiers as
specified in the proposal by Loffler Companies at a price not to exceed $13,814.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the maintenance agreement
for all three copiers at the rate of $.0059 per copy for black and white and .042 per
copy for color.
