CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR MAGGIE HICKS, POLICE SUPPORT MANAGER
WHEREAS, Maggie Hicks has resigned as Police Support Manager for the City
of Mounds View, her last day of employment is June 21, 2019; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual section
345(A), Ms. Hicks is eligible to receive 50% of her sick leave hours deposited into her
Retirement Health Savings Plan; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual section
345(6) Ms. Hicks will receive 50% of her vacation compensation deposited into her
Retirement Health Savings Plan and 50% paid in cash; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Hicks balance of accrued and unused vacation is 27.74 hours
and her sick leave balance is 110.38 hours; and
and
WHEREAS, Ms. Hicks balance of accrued and unused comp time is 50.00 hours;
WHEREAS, Ms. Hicks rate of pay upon resignation was $30.30 per hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves severance to Maggie Hicks consistent with the Mounds View Personnel
Manual as follows:
