CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MOUNDS VIEW AND NORTHEAST YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View first entered into an agreement with
Northwest Youth and Family Services in 1976; and,
WHEREAS, the Northeast Youth and Family Services mission is to prepare
youth and families for healthy lives; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View greatly values the services Northeast
Youth and Family Services has provided Mounds View residents for over 40 years;
and,
WHEREAS, there have been some revisions to the current agreement and
thus the new agreement needs approval by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, all previous agreement with Northeast Youth and Family
Services are null and void;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
does hereby approve the attached Professional Services Agreement with Northeast
Youth and Family Services for a period of one year starting July 9, 2019.
