CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2008-2009 LABOR AGREEMENT
WITH THE MOUNDS VIEW PUBLIC WORKS COLLECTIVE BARGAIMNG UNIT
WHEREAS, the previously-approved Mounds View Pubiic Works Collective
Bargaining Unit Labor Agreement expired at the end of 2007; and,
WHEREAS, the City and the Public Work bargaining unit held a series of negotiating
sessions in an effort to ratify a new two year agreement; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council met in executive session on September 8, 2008 to
consider revised terms associated with the 2008-2009 Labor Agreement; and,
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit has reviewed
and approved the terms as represented in the attached 2008 - 2009 Labor Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View does hereby approve the Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit Labor Agreement
efifective for two years from January 1, 2008 until the December 31, 2009.
Adopted this 22nd day of September, 2008.
