CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING EARLY CONSTRUCTON AT CROSS ROAD POINTE
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved numerous documents related to the
Cross Road Pointe Development, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has entered into a purchase agreement with the
Developer, and;
WHEREAS, the property closes at 11:00 AM on Monday November 11, 2019, and;
WHEREAS, the developer, Cross Road Pointe LLC. And G.R. Scherber Properties
LLC wish to begin early construction to avoid delays due to winter conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby authorize Early Construction
Agreement with Cross Road Pointe MV, LLC and G.R. Scherber Properties LLC.
Adopted this 4th day of November, 2019.
