1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
President Mueller called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: President Mueller, Vice President Gunn, Commissioner Bergeron
Commissioner Hull, Commissioner Meehlhause, and Executive Director Zikmund.
NOT PRESENT: None.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Approve the October 14, 2019, Agenda as
presented.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
A. September 23, 2019, EDA Minutes.
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Bergeron. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
5. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
6. EDA BUSINESS
A. 19-EDA-330 A Resolution Approving Forgiveness of a Loan Issued Under
the Emergency Deferred Loan Program.
Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested approval of a Resolution forgiving a loan issued
under the Emergency Deferred Loan Program. He reported this loan was for Carol Storey in the
Mounds View EDA October 14, 2019
Regular Meeting Page 2
amount of $1,770 with a 0% interest rate. He indicated Carol recently passed away, having no
will or directive in place. For this reason, staff was recommending the loan be forgiven.
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Hull. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 19-EDA-330,
Approving Forgiveness of a Loan Issued Under the Emergency Deferred Loan Program.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
