STATE OF MINNESOTA
CONSIDERING APPEALS RECEIVED FOR THE APPLICATION OF
THE STORMWATER INFILTRATION PROGRAM (SIP)
ON THE 2009-2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7176 approved by the City
Council on Oct. 22, 2007, the Street and Utility Improvement Program (Program)
was adopted in accordance with the recommendations of the Streets and Utilities
Task Force; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7319 approved by the City
Council on August 11, 2008 the components of the Stormwater Infiltration
Program (SIP) to be used in association with the Program were established; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7328 approved by the City
Council on August 25, 2008 the appeal process for the SIP was established; and
WHEREAS, notice has been provided to those property owners
directly impacted by the application of the SIP to the 2009-2010 Street and Utility
Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the property owners have been given a reasonable
opportunity to submit a written appeal to the SIP in accordance with the approved
appeal process; and
WHEREAS, the deadline for submittal of appeals for the SIP on the
2009-2010 Street and Utility Improvement Project has passed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the appeals submitted
for the SIP on the 2009-2010 Street and Utility Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the property owners submitting appeals have been
given the opportunity to participate in the consideration of their appeal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
The decisions rendered on the appeals submitted for the application
of the Stormwater Infiltration Program as part of the 2009-2010 Street and
Utility Improvement Project are:
