CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING A GARBAGE CONTRACT FOR CITY BUILDINGS
WHEREAS, the City received quotes for garbage and recycling
services from five vendors; and
WHEREAS, Ace Solid Waste, Inc. submitted the lowest quote; and
WHEREAS, the City has received satisfactory garbage service from
Ace Solid Waste, Inc. for the last four years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View that the Mayor and City Clerk-Administrator are authorized to
sign the two year agreement.
Adopted this 24th day of November, 2008.
