CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE HIDDEN HOLLOW SOUTH UTILITY AND STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Nord Excavating, Incorporated has requested that
acceptance and final payment be made by the City for the Hidden Hollow South
Utility and Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the contract plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $177,723.00, the
actual final construction cost is $185,895.41, and the final payment amount is
$34,930.70.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
The Hidden Hollow South Utility and Street Improvement Project is hereby
accepted.
2. Final payment to Nord Excavating, Incorporated in the amount of
$34,930.70 is hereby authorized.
