Timeline for a ballot issue related to Initiative, Referendum or Recall

Date of regular primary election if scheduled.
A special election may be scheduled concurrent with
primary election even if it is less than 60 days prior
to the general election.

on the ballot issue vote in its favor, the
resulting action shall be determined by the
respective section of this Charter.
