A special election may be scheduled concurrent with primary election even if it is less than 60 days prior to the general election. Special election. If a majority of those voting on the ballot issue vote in its favor, the resulting action shall be determined by the respective section of this Charter. Date of regular general election. A special election may be scheduled concurrent with general election. Max 120 days Date a petition has been determined to be sufficient Special election.
