1. Call to Order — The meeting came to order at 7:03 P.M.

Motion by B. Doty., second by J. Thomas to approve the agenda.

Motion by B. Doty., second by B. Amundsen to approve the minutes of Jan 14, 2016.

4. Citizens Comments from the Floor
Welcomed Jerry Peterson as a guest with intention to become a member.
5. Reports of the Chair
The last meeting in November was cancelled due to schedule conflicts.
Remind people that we still have several openings on the Mounds View Charter Commission.
6. Reports of Members
Remind viewers that there are open positions on the commission.

Discussion on Chapter 8 including email letter from The League of MN Cities to Barb Thomas when she
was secretary regarding possible conflicts between chapter 5 and chapter 8.
Agenda for May to include continued discussion on chapter 8.
