1. Call to Order —The meeting came to order at 7:00 P.M.

Remind people that we still have several openings on the Mounds View Charter Commission and discuss
the requirements and time involvements.

Discussion of meeting dates for the next 4 months, with a decision to meet the 2nd Thursday at 7:00 PM
on May 14th and July 9th, 2015.

Re: meeting dates for August 2015 to November 2015
WHEREAS, at its July 9, 2015 meeting the Charter Commission moved, seconded
and passed the motion to meet at 7:00 PM on the 2nd Thursday, every other
month, if available, from August 2015 through November 2015.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the following dates are hereby submitted to the City
Administrator for posting, to comply with the Minnesota Open Meeting Law.
The dates are:
9/10/2015 and 11/12/2015
