Hi Bob. Here is the revised list of all Mounds View residences (including apartments). As stated in my previous email, the newsletter is 8
1/2 by 11 and just over 3 ounces (the last newsletter published was 3.1 ounces). We would like the newsletter delivered via U.S. Mail.
Please quote both for first class pre-sorted and standard class pre-sorted. I understand that I will need to give you this list in Xcel
spreadsheet format in the future.

Here is a quote from Minnesota Mailing Solutions in regard to mailing of
the Mounds View Matters. This does not include apartments. Debbie will
be generating me another listing that will include apartments. However,
this can go only up in price. Check out the first class presorted -
OUCH! If it takes a week for deliver for standard mailing, then I will
need to revise the Mounds View Matters Schedule to include deadlines on

Can you send this list in an Excel, dbase or text format?
I have a previous list sent by Debbie Jasper that I believe is the same
basic list you sent me.
Using that list of 3252 pieces at a 3 ounce rate, here are the postage
costs:
$2938.65 - Presorted First-Class (.904 per piece)
$682.74 - Presorted Standard (.21 per piece)
First-Class will probably be delivered the following day and Standard
could take up to 1 week.
The charges for preparation will be the same in either scenario:
presort/inkjet - $146.34 (.045 per piece)
postal drop - $20.00
