CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING VACATION CARRYOVER EXTENSION
FOR DON PETERSON AND NATE GARLAND
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has clear policy on vacation awarded,
accumulated and limits on carryover; and
WHEREAS, two employees have excess vacation to carryover by policy and have
requested an 6 month extension to use; and
WHEREAS, both employees are highly valued members of our team and
extenuating circumstances caused the situation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View authorizes a 6 month extension to Don Peterson to use the excess 40 hours
of vacation by June 30, 2020 and for Nate Garland to use the excess 60.5 hours by June
30, 2020.
