CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING A THREE YEAR LABOR AGREEMENT
WITH THE PUBLIC WORKS BARGAINING GROUP EFFECTIVE
JANUARY 1, 2020 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2022
WHEREAS, the previously approved Labor Agreement with the Public Works
Bargaining Group expired at the end of 2019; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Public Works Bargaining Group held a series of
negotiating sessions in an effort to ratify a new agreement; and
WHEREAS, The City and the Public Works Bargaining Group reviewed and
agreed to certain revisions to the Labor Agreement as shown in the attached Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View does hereby approve a revised three year Labor Agreement with the Public
Works Bargaining Group, effective January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2022.
Adopted this 13th Day of January, 2020.
