CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING AGGIE QUASABART TO ATTEND THE INCODE CONFERENCE
WHEREAS, the City receives benefits when staff attend educational and
training conferences; and
WHEREAS, City policy requires City Council authorization for out-of-state
travel; and
WHEREAS, the City is considering an upgrade to the accounting software
that will provide for more self-service for residents, businesses, and staff; and
WHEREAS, this conference will provide in-depth training in all aspects of the
accountants job; and
WHEREAS, this training and travel has been budgeted for in the water and
sanitary sewer funds with an estimated cost of $2,700.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View that Aggie Quasabart is authorized to attend the INCODE Conference
in Orlando, Florida on April 26-29.
