COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING AN INCREASE IN HOURS FOR BARB BENESCH
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CITY ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, Barb Benesch is the longest tenured employee that has worked for
the City of Mounds View, and;
WHEREAS, Ms. Benesch had retired but upon request, returned to work in a part
time capacity, and;
WHEREAS, her knowledge, skill, contributions, and abilities demand a recognition
in status being clarified as permanent part time and hours be increased.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby approve the increase in hours
for the Executive Assistant to the Administrator position to 58 bi-weekly with no more than
29 per week;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ms. Benesch receives a 2018 COLA of 2.65
percent in addition to the 2020 COLA which, along with the increased hours, would
increase payroll accounts budget by $18,000.
