CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW AMENDED ORDER APPOINTING
CHARTER COMMISSION COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS,there is a vacancy on the Mounds View Charter Commission,notice of the
vacancy was published,three applications were received,and the Commission provided a
resolution supporting the three applications.
WHEREAS,Minnesota Statute §410.05,subd.1—3,requires the Chief Judge to fill the
vacancies for terms expiring October 31,2022;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following individuals are appointed as members of
the Mounds View Charter Commission for a term to expire October 31,2022:
Brooks Lee Staples,7535 Edgewood Drive,Mounds View,MN 551 12
Marisa Reyes-Johnson,7851 Sunnyside Road,Mounds View,MN 551 12
Brandon Clawson,8404 Sunnyside Road,Mounds View,MN 551 12
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED THAT:
The Court Administrator of the Second Judicial District shall immediately by mail notify
the members of the Mounds View Charter Commission notice of this appointment.Additionally,
the Court Administrator shall notify by mail the appointee of this Order and her individual
responsibility to file the Oath.Such appointment is to be fully effective upon the filing 0f the
appropriate Oath with the Court Administrator of the Second Judicial District Court for Ramsey
County,Minnesota.
