RE: Certificate of absences, requesting removal of member from Commission.
Thai W Vang has notified the Chair that due to conflicts with his work schedule he is unable
to attend meetings. Pursuant to State Statute 410.05 subd. 2 and our Bylaws the Mounds
View Charter Commission is requesting he be removed from his position and the Chief
Judge be requested to fill the vacancy created thereby.
Jonathan J Thomas, Mounds View Charter Commission Chair, and Barbara L Thomas,
Mounds View Charter Commission Secretary, do solemnly swear that Thai W Vang has
failed to perform the duties of the office and has failed to attend more than five consecutive
regular meetings. Per our Bylaws the Charter Commission approved this action at its
meeting on Sep 11, 2007
