RE: Certificate of unexcused absences requiring removal from Commission.
Persuant to State Statute 410.05 subd. 2 and our By-Laws the Mounds View Charter
Commision is requesting the following members be removed from their position and the
Chief Judge be requested to fill the vacancies created thereby.

Jonathan J Thomas, Mounds View Charter Commission Chair, and Jean Miller, Mounds
View Charter Commission Secretary, do solemnly swear that Ordeen Braathen and Daniel
Coughlin have failed to perform the duties of their office and have failed to attend five
consecutive meetings without being excused by the Commission.
We respectfully request that the court file this document and follow through with removal of
these members.
