RE: Certificate of unexcused absences requesting removal of members from Commission.
Persuant to State Statute 410.05 subd. 2 and our By-Laws the Mounds View Charter
Commision is requesting the following members be removed from their position and the Chief
Judge be requested to fill the vacancies created thereby.

Jonathan J Thomas, Mounds View Charter Commission Chair, and Brian Amundsen, Mounds
View Charter Commission Secretary, do solemnly swear that Mary Amirahmadi and Bradley
Jahnke have failed to perform the duties of their office and have failed to attend more than five
consecutive regular meetings without being excused by the Commission. Per our Bylaws the
Charter Commission approved this action at its meeting on May 8, 2003
We respectfully request that the court file this document and follow through with removal of
these members.
