AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE BY CHANGING ALL
OCCURRENCES INTHE CITY CODE OF "CLERK- ADMINISTRATOR" TO "CITY
ADMINISTRATOR"
SECTION 1. OnMarch8, 2010, theCityCounciladoptedOrdinance841whichamended
the City Charter by changing all occurrences of "Clerk- Administrator" in the Charter to "City
Administrator" and revised Sections 6.03 and 6.04 of the Charter regarding the duties of the
City Administrator and City Treasurer. This Ordinance was published on March 18, 2010 and
willbeeffectiveJune16, 2010, absentanychallenges.
SECTION 2. In order tomake the City Code consistent with the changes inthe City Charter
thatwere setforth inOrdinance 841, theCityCouncil oftheCityofMounds View hereby
amends the Mounds View Municipal Code asfollows:
Whereverthewords "Clerk- Administrator" appearintheCode, suchwords
shall bedeleted andreplaced withthewords "City Administrator."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days from and after its
passageandpublication, inaccordancewithSection3.09oftheCityCharter.
Introduction and First Reading by the Mounds View City Council on April 26, 2010.
Second Reading and Adoption by the Mounds View City Council on May 10, 2010.
Publication Date: May 20, 2010.

ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNDS
VIEW CITY CODE BY CHANGING
ALL OCCURRENCES IN THE CITY CODE
OF "CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR"
TO "CITY ADMINISTRATOR"
On March 8, 2010, the Mounds View City
Council approved Ordinance 841 which
amended the Mounds View City Charter by
changing the name of the Clerk -
Administrator to City Administrator. In order
to make the City Code consistent with the
changes made to the City Charter, the City
Council adopted Ordinance 844 which
amends the City Code such that wherever
the words "Clerk -Administrator' appear, such
words shall be deleted and replaced with the
words "City Administrator"
Ordinance 844 was first read on April 26,
2010, was adopted on May 10, 2010, was
published on May 20, 2010 and will become
effective on June 19. 2010.
The ordinance is on file and available for
public viewing at the office of the Clerk
Administrator. The ordinance is posted in its
entirety on the City's website, located at
www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us
