CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE PINEWOOD STORM SEWER REPAIR PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Penn Contracting, Incorporated has requested that
acceptance and final payment be made by the City for the Pinewood Storm
Sewer Repair Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the contract plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $27,104.00, the
actual final construction cost is $28,854.00 and the final payment amount is
$2,045.95.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The Pinewood Storm Sewer Repair Project is hereby accepted.
2. Final payment to Penn Contracting, Incorporated in the amount of
$2,045.95 is hereby authorized.
