RESOLVED: That the Fire Protection Contracts with the
New Canada Volunteer Fire Department, the Lake Johanna Volun-
teer Fire Department, and the Spring Lake Volunteer Fire De-
partment, which contracts start to take effect on the first
(lst) day of May, 1949, and are to extend through the thir-
tieth (30th) day of April, 1950, and thereafter until termina-
ted by proper notice, are hereby approved.
I hereby certify that the above
resolution was passed by the Town
Board of the Township of Mounds
View at a duly called meeting of
said Town Board on the 23rd day
of April, 1949.
