RESOLUTION 7402 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A TRANSFER OF RESTAURANT LICENSE FROM <br />DOMINO'S LLC., TO HAT TRICK PIZZA, INC., <br />FOR DOMINO'S PIZZA <br />LOCATED AT 2548 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10 <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate <br />certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and <br />WHEREAS, Hat Trick Pizza, Inc., has applied for a Restaurant License in <br />order to transfer ownership from the current owner; and <br />WHEREAS, Hat Trick Pizza, Inc., has submitted the proper paperwork <br />and fees, and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a Restaurant License for Hat Trick Pizza Inc., for <br />Domino's Pizza located at 2548 County Highway 10 in Mounds View. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />period shall be from January 13, 2009-June 30, 2009. <br />Adopted this 12th day of January, 2009 <br />Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />James Ericson, Clerk-Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
