RESOLUTION 7400 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ESTABLISHING PARKING REGULATIONS FOR RED OAK DRIVE FROM COUNTY <br />ROAD 10 TO LONG LAKE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, on March 24, 2008 Resolution 7243 was adopted by the City <br />Council ordering the 2009-2010 Street and Utility Improvement Project, which includes <br />Red Oak Drive from County Road 10 to Long Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 28, 2008 Resolution 7307 was adopted by the City <br />Council to approve several preliminary design issues for the 2009-2010 Street and <br />Utility Improvement Project, including the width of Red Oak Drive from Hillview Road to <br />Long Lake Road and the desire to have a parking lane along this street segment; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 25, 2008 Resolution 7327 was adopted by the City <br />Council to approve several additional design issues for the 2009-2010 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project, including the side of Red Oak Drive along which the parking lane <br />would be located; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 22, 2008 Resolution 7336 was adopted by the <br />City Council to approve traffic calming elements to be included on the portion of Red <br />Oak Drive from Hillview Road to Long Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 27, 2008 Resolution 7348 was adopted by the <br />City Council to approve the lane configuration and street width for the portion of Red <br />Oak Drive from County Road 10 to Hillview Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the 2009-2010 Street and <br />Utility Improvement Project have been prepared in accordance with the direction of the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Red Oak Drive, from County Road 10 to Hillview Road, is <br />designated as Municipal State Aid Street (MBAs) 146-228-005, in the City of Mounds <br />View; and <br />WHEREAS, Red Oak Drive, from Hillview Road to Long Lake Road, is <br />designated as Municipal State Aid Street (MBAs) 146-241-001, in the City of Mounds <br />View; and <br />WHEREAS, state aid funds will be expended on the improvement of this <br />street; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has submitted to the Commissioner <br />of Transportation the plans and specifications for the improvement of Red Oak Drive, <br />from County Road 10 to Long Lake Road in the City of Mounds View; and <br />
