RESOLUTION 7399 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ACCEPTING THE 2008 STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT <br />WHEREAS, Allied Blacktop Co. has requested that acceptance and <br />final payment be made by the City for the 2008 Street Maintenance Project; and <br />WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in <br />accordance with the contract plans and specifications; and <br />WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $266,270.00, the <br />actual final construction cost is $253,448.14 and the final payment amount is <br />$16,385.04. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The 2008 Street Maintenance Project is hereby accepted. <br />2.
