CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ACCEPTING THE 2008 STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Allied Blacktop Co. has requested that acceptance and
final payment be made by the City for the 2008 Street Maintenance Project; and
WHEREAS, all work has been satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the contract plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $266,270.00, the
actual final construction cost is $253,448.14 and the final payment amount is
$16,385.04.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The 2008 Street Maintenance Project is hereby accepted.
2. Final payment to Allied Blacktop Co. in the amount of $16,385.04 is
hereby authorized.
