stripes
B. Hillview Hockey Rink – layout, rink light repairs. Discuss at July meeting. Direct Staff to
get an aerial view to help with layout discussion in July.
8. NEW BUSINESS
A. Installing safety net at City Hall ball field. Resident witnessed a ball hit at a game at the park
that went out to County Road 10 and almost hit a motorist. This is a very rare occurrence.
Any netting installed would not prevent a ball getting hit that high for a ball to go as far as
County Road 10. There are already trees in the outfield. Liability lies with the batter, not the
city. Direct Staff to log any future occurrences to determine frequency.
9. COMMISSIONER REPORTS: NONE
