1. CALL TO ORDER: NO QUORUM SO THIS IS A WORK SESSION called to order at 6:41PM

Staff: Peterson | YMCA: Danielson *to be absent

6. STAFF REPORTS
A. YMCA: See attached report. July 21 and Aug 18 next Music/Movie in the Park
B. Public Works: See attached report.
7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
A. Groveland Park – 2015 Improvements – (update by staff). See attached report
B. Hillview Hockey Rink – continue discussion of layout, review estimates. Century Fence
estimate $7815; Menards lumber $1435; plus aglime base.
C. City Hall Park - continue discussion on splash pad, playground, picnic area and shelters,
rest rooms, changing areas – update from CHPTF committee. Task Force determined
existing amenities. Need to look at future considerations: opportunities and features as well
as rank them based on cost, work required, and need/use by residents. Request Staff to
provide cost estimates wherever possible for ranking
D. Random Park Building improvement – obtaining estimates. No updates
E. Discuss Disc Golf Course Modifications at Silver View Park - No updates
