CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF MOUNDS VIEW
LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View's liquor licenses expire June 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View liquor licenses must be approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, Staff has received all pertinent application materials and fees from
those businesses shown in Exhibit A (attached); and
WHEREAS, all businesses shown in Exhibit A appear to meet the provisions of
Chapter 502 of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled, "Intoxicating Liquor" or Chapter
503 entitled, "3.2 Percent Malt Liquor".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve Liquor License renewals for each business shown in Exhibit A pending a
satisfactory inspection report from the SBM Fire Department;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licenses will be valid from July 1, 2020 to
June 30, 2021.
