CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Authorizing the Purchase of Financial Software
WHEREAS, the City desires to upgrade the current general ledger, payroll, capital asset, accounts
payable, utility billing, and central receipting software; and
WHEREAS, the City received three proposals to provide the software, conversion of data, and staff
training; and
WHEREAS, the finance staff has reviewed the proposed costs and services to be provided; and
WHEREAS, Tyler Technologies InVision software had the lowest proposed cost and was
recommended by staff and discussed by the City Council during a work session.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View that
the finance staff is authorized to purchase the financial software proposed by Tyler Technologies for
a price not to exceed $63,613.
