1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
President Mueller called the meeting to order at 6:17 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this
meeting was being held virtually.
2. ROLL CALL: President Mueller, Vice President Hull, Commissioner Bergeron
Commissioner Gunn, Commissioner Meehlhause, and Executive Director Zikmund.
NOT PRESENT: None.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Hull. To Approve the June 22, 2020, Agenda as presented.
A roll call vote was taken.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
A. June 8, 2020, EDA Minutes.
MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Bergeron. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented.
A roll call vote was taken.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
5. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.

6. EDA BUSINESS
A. Consider 20-EDA-336 a Resolution approving a Listing Agreement for EDA
Land and Authorizing Staff Negotiations on behalf of the EDA.
Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the EDA consider approving a Listing
Agreement for land and authorize staff to negotiate on behalf of the EDA. He reported the EDA
discussed this item at their June 8th meeting and the proposed agreement would formalize the
listing agreement between the City and ReMax.
Douglas Harris, Commercial Broker with ReMax, stated he supported the agreement as proposed
by staff.
MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 20-
EDA-336, a Resolution approving a Listing Agreement for EDA Land and Authorizing Staff
Negotiations on behalf of the EDA.
A roll call vote was taken.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
7. REPORTS
Assistant City Administrator Beeman provided the EDA with an update on developments taking
place in the City. He reported Augusta would be moving forward this fall with their purchase
agreement with Bauer and BioClean.
President Mueller requested staff keep the EDA apprised of any Mounds View businesses that
had closed during the governor’s Stay at Home order.
8. NEXT EDA MEETING: Monday, July 13, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
9. ADJOURNMENT
President Mueller adjourned the meeting at 6:27 p.m.
