CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING THE REFUND OF LICENSE FEES FOR BUSINESSES
FORCED TO CLOSE DURING THE STAY-AT-HOME ORDER
WHEREAS, the Coronavirus has had a dramatic economic impact on businesses
in general; and
WHEREAS, the City Council had provided some relief in the form of license
reductions to those businesses that were forced to shut down as a result of the Stay -At -
Home order; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to provide additional assistance by
refunding the balance of license fees for the affected businesses.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council authorizes the Finance
Director to process refunds of license fees for those businesses that were required to
shut down because of the Stay -At -Home executive order as detailed in the attached list.
