CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING SEVERANCE FOR POLICE OFFICER DEREK WODNICK
WHEREAS, Police Officer Derek Wodnick has resigned from the City of Mounds View;
his last day of employment was January 15, 2021; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Labor Agreement between the City of Mounds View
and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) Local No. 204, Officer Wodnick will
receive a cash payout of his vacation hours and compensatory time; and
WHEREAS, Officer Wodnick's balance of accrued and unused vacation is 23.10 hours
and his compensatory time balance is 10.50 hours; and
WHEREAS, Officer Wodnick's rate of pay upon resignation was $27.91 per hour.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves
severance to Officer Derek Wodnick consistent with the Labor Agreement between the City of
Mounds View and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) Local No. 204, and Section
2.12 of the Mounds View Personnel Manual as follows:
