1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
President Mueller called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this
meeting was held virtually.
2. ROLL CALL: President Mueller, Vice President Hull, Commissioner Bergeron
Commissioner Cermak, Commissioner Meehlhause, and Executive Director Zikmund.
NOT PRESENT: None.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Bergeron. To Approve the January 25, 2021, Agenda as
presented.
A roll call vote was taken.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
A. January 11, 2021, EDA Minutes.
MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Bergeron. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented.
A roll call vote was taken.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
5. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.

6. EDA BUSINESS
A. Confirm EDC Chair and Vice Chair Appointments.
Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the EDA confirm the Economic Development
Commission Chair and Vice Chair appointments. He reviewed the appointments as being Jim
Freichels for Chair and Dan Larson for Vice Chair. Staff recommended the EDA confirm these
appointments.
MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Hull. To Confirm EDC Chair and Vice Chair Appointments.
A roll call vote was taken.
Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
7. REPORTS
None.
8. NEXT EDA MEETING: Monday, February 8, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
9. ADJOURNMENT
President Mueller adjourned the meeting at 6:38 p.m.
