STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHICKEN/DUCK-KEEPING LICENSE FOR
AMBER URLACHER, 5406 ADAMS STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council passed Ordinance 903, which amended Chapter 701
of the Municipal Code to provide limited and controlled raising and keeping of chickens
and/or ducks on properties zoned R-1, Single Family Residential; and
WHEREAS, Amber Urlacher has submitted an application with an approved site
plan and the appropriate fees to keep and raise chickens and/or ducks on her property
located at 5406 Adams Street; and
WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the application and it appears to meet all
requirements set forth in Ordinance 903; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 903, initial applications shall be
considered by the City Council after holding a public hearing which was held April 12,
2021;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve a Chicken/Duck-Keeping License for Amber Urlacher, 5406 Adams
Street, for no more than eight chickens or eight ducks or a combination of both;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this license is effective from April 13, 2021 to
December 31, 2021.
