COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CLASS B RESTAURANT LICENSE
FOR MOUNDS VIEW CHICKEN, LLC, DBA POPEYES FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2213 MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, according to Chapter 111.01 of the Mounds View Code, Restaurants
in the City of Mounds View require a license to operate in the City; and
WHEREAS, the City has received the appropriate fees, application materials, and
satisfactory reports from the appropriate City departments, Ramsey County Health
Department, and Ramsey County Taxation to issue a Restaurant License for Mounds
View Chicken LLC; and
WHEREAS, approval of this license is contingent upon, Popeyes, receiving a
satisfactory fire inspection report from the Mounds View Fire Inspector;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve Class B Restaurant License for Mounds View Chicken, LLC, dba
Popeyes, 2213 Mounds View Boulevard;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license shall be valid from May 11, 2021 to
June 30, 2022.
