Carter Johnson, being first duly sworn, on oath states as follows:
I am the publisher of the SHOREVIEW PRESS, or the publisher's
designated agent. I have personal knowledge of the facts stated in
this Affidavit, which is made pursuant of Minnesota Statutes §331 A.0T
2. The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements to constitute a
qualified newspaper under Minnesota law, including those requirements
found in Minnesota Statutes §331 A.02.
3. The dates of the month and the year and day of the week upon which the
public notice attached was published in the newspaper are as follows:
Once a week, for one week, it was published on Tuesday, the 22nd day
of June, 2021.
4. The publisher's lowest classified rate paid by commercial users for
comparable space, as determined pursuant to §331A.06, is as follows:
a) Lowest classified rate paid by commercial users for
comparable space
b) Maximum rate allowed by law for the above matter
c) Rate actually charged for the above matter $ 6.28/inch

of the mortgaged premises described in the notice are located, a substantial
portion of the newspaper's circulation is in the latter county.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mounds View City Council will hold
a Public Hearing on Monday, July 12. 2021 at 6:30 PM to consider Ordi-
nance 977, Amending City Code, Title XV, Chapter 160, Sections 160.198
and 160.218 related to Drivo-Thru Businesses. The amendment changes the
term, from "Drive-in and convenience food astablishmenW to 'Drive•Thru
SuslnesV, and allows a Drive•Thru Business as a conditional use in the B-3
and B-4 zoning districts, whereas is currently not permitted In the 5-4 dis-
trict. The Public iaearing will be held at Mounds View City Wall, 2401 Mounds
View Boulevard, Mounds View, MN 55112. Comma nis and questions may be

AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE, TITLE XV,
CHAPTER 160, SECTION 160.198 AND 160.218
RELATED TO DRIVE-THRU BUSINESSES
On July 26, 2021, the City Council adopted Ordinance 977 that amends
the Mounds View Municipal Code, Title XV, Chapter 160, Section 160.198 and
160.218, relating to Drive-in and Convenience Food Establishments within the
B-4 Regional Business District. A printed copy of the ordinance is available
for inspection during regular business hours at Mounds View City Hall and is
available on line at the City's web site located at www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us.
