CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Approving a Class B Restaurant License for American Multi -Cinema, Inc.
for AMC Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard
WHEREAS, American Multi -Cinema, Inc. has made application to the City of Mounds
View for a Restaurant License for the AMC Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard;
and
WHEREAS, all new restaurant license applications require approval by the Mounds
View City Council; and
WHEREAS, all applicable license application materials and fees have been
submitted to the City; and
WHEREAS, all property taxes and water/sewer charges are current.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve a Class B Restaurant License for American Multi -Cinema, Inc. for AMC
Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard.
2022.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that this is an annual license and will expires June 30,
