COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Approving an Amusement Device License for Dean Superior Vending Co. for
AMC Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard
WHEREAS, Dean Superior Vending Co. has made application to the City of Mounds
View for an Amusement Device License for the AMC Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 111.021 of the Mounds View City Code states that no person
shall operate any amusement machine in the City without first obtaining a license from the
City; and
WHEREAS, all applicable license application materials and fees have been
submitted to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an Amusement Device License for Dean Superior Vending Co. for AMC
Mounds View 15, 2430 Mounds View Boulevard.

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that this is an annual license and will expire June 30,
