CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING NO PARKING ON SPRING LAKE ROAD FROM
COUNTY ROAD J TO COUNTY ROAD H2
WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View is proposing Street Rehabilitation on Spring
Lake Road form County Road J to County Road H2; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvements do not provided adequate width for parking
on both sides of the street; and
WHEREAS, approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street
project must be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions Ramsey County will be
performing road maintenance on Long Lake Road from County Road H2 to County Road
J.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds
View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View prohibits parking on the both sides
of Spring Lake Road from County Road J to County Road H2.
2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute
all appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this
resolution.
3. The Mayor and City Administrator, Staff and consultants are hereby authorized
and directed to take any and all additional steps and actions necessary or
convenient in order to accomplish the intent of this Resolution.
